Maps in HiX
Maps can filter and map all desired information from the EPF in a well-organised manner. From logistical data and current patient data to department occupancy overviews, new lab results and urgent assignments. These dynamic floor plans are indispensable in the emergency room, OR and IC, but are also of great value at outpatient clinics, nursing departments or the psychiatric department. The interactive floor plans can be displayed centrally on the department on a large screen, but also on all computers and mobile workstations in the department.

At the emergency room, IC or OR it is important that the employees can see all actions concerning beds and patients at a glance. Which patient should be helped first? And is the patient in the waiting room, in the operating room, at the X-ray department or already home? Privacy Policy
Maps prevent privacy-sensitive information from ending up in the wrong place. For each map you can set which practitioner or user group has access to which data. Doctors and nurses, for example, can each get a role-oriented view, fully tailored to their function. It is possible to determine in detail which actions users can perform with maps and to which information they have access.
Perform actions
Healthcare providers can perform actions directly from maps. Consider admitting, discharging or transferring patients. With a simple "drag and drop", patients can be moved on the screen from one bed to the other. Requesting an examination or scheduling an appointment is just as easy. All registrations are immediately stored in the right place in the EPF.
